They delivered very quickly and their customer service was on top of it! Couldn't be happier with the product and I'm definitely going to be having these guys do more celebrations in the future!
I got the video super fast and it was just as I imagined it to be. Great communication and excellent service. My friend found it hilarious and she still wonders how I created it 😜

We prioritize urgent orders and send them to you within 24 hours. Regular orders are handled on a first-come, first-served basis — after urgent and earlier regular orders — and are ready within 1–2 days.
Each video is made individually and personalised just for you, so we can't refund an order if you simply change your mind. If something goes wrong on our side — a delay, a technical problem, the quality or a mistake in the personalisation — we'll fix it or refund you as our refund policy describes.
Sometimes we share finished videos on our social media. If you'd rather we didn't, tick the box under your email when ordering — and your video won't be published.
