Estimation time of arrival
All items are real recording. This means that when you place your order, we will shoot a one-of-a-kind custom video just for you!
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted. We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, except for public holidays.
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below.
Video production time
The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on the overall order volume.
Production time: 1–3 business days.
We will send it as an attachment via email to your order email address within 1–2 business days.
Sometimes urgent orders may be delayed for a while due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, technical problems, or danger to the lives of the team members fulfilling your order. Please be understanding about this, as sometimes the region where your orders are fulfilled can be very harsh.
Incorrect email address
Make sure you provide the correct email address at checkout, because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong email address.
