Add your favorite song (or let us choose one for you) — we will dance to this wonderful track just for you! Write 2–4 short phrases to express your wishes — and choose one phrase for the group to recite at the end of the video. Upload a photo of the person you want to surprise. Delivery time: • Priority delivery — within 24 hours (sometimes even within a few hours) • Standard delivery — within 1–2 days The final video will be sent to your email. Please also check your spam folder. If you'd like us to send it directly to the person you're surprising, please provide their email address.
We send the finished video within 1–3 days, approximately. You can also order an urgent video that will be ready within 24 hours — and sometimes within just a few hours, when the crew's shooting time matches the time of your order.

We prioritize urgent orders and send them to you within 24 hours. Regular orders are handled on a first-come, first-served basis — after urgent and earlier regular orders — and are ready within 1–2 days.
Each video is made individually and personalised just for you, so we can't refund an order if you simply change your mind. If something goes wrong on our side — a delay, a technical problem, the quality or a mistake in the personalisation — we'll fix it or refund you as our refund policy describes.
